Our story begins with our head Instructor, Emma Palmer; Emma's journey in the performing arts is rooted deeply in her family’s rich tradition of arts excellence. Growing up in a family where dance, music, and performance are not just hobbies but a way of life, Emma was destined to make her mark. Her mother founded GSD, a renowned dance school with over 40 years of success, while Emma's sister and best friend operate their own thriving remote dance school. It’s in their DNA to inspire and lead.

With over 15 years of experience as a dance teacher across all genres, Emma has become a highly skilled and passionate instructor in acrobatics. Her extensive background and dedication have culminated in the creation of the High Performance Acrobatics program, which has empowered numerous young acrobats to achieve elite levels of performance and win national titles.
